  2. Articles from or about dope black women who are creatives working a 9-to-5, creative entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial-minded, or simply work in non-traditional fields of work.

  3. Articles that inspire our readers to pursue their passion and purpose.

  4. Articles that inform our readers of the diverse career paths that exist and that black females are thriving in.

  5. Articles from experts in their field on tips and tools that can educate and equip our readers to success in their business or creative field.

  6. Articles that advance conversations around topics and trends on creative careers, non-traditional/unique careers, entrepreneurship, being a creative, lessons learned, success stories, leaving your full-time job to follow your passion, pursuing your purpose, diversity and inclusion, community service, being a black female in the creative working world.
