About the Speaker

The workshop will be led by Keila Hill-Trawick, founder and owner of Little Fish Accounting, a boutique CPA firm focused on the accounting and tax needs of tiny businesses. Keila creates comfortable spaces to educate and provide accounting expertise for creatives and entrepreneurs via regular monthly consultative accounting and tax assistance, trainings, and community workshops. Keila is a strategic business advisor who partners with freelancers, solopreneurs, and small businesses to plan and reach their financial goals . After spending over a decade working in both the government and private sector, Keila launched Little Fish Accounting to serve as a trusted partner in financial and tax planning to drive business results and growth.

About the Speaker

This workshop will be led by Michelle Burgess of Burgess Law PLLC, also know as the Lawyer for Creatives. Michelle helps entrepreneurs turn their ideas into a profitable business. Michelle is a Miami native, who grew up surrounded by creatives. She began her career as a prosecutor and  after years of practicing traditional types of law, she chose to combine her interest in law and the arts by starting a firm dedicated to demystifying the world of business and law for creatives. Her firm works with entrepreneurs at every stage of business, by supplying entrepreneurs with contracts, business strategy sessions, and intellectual property protection.
